As the steward of our customer relationship management (CRM) marketing solutions, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our customer engagement platforms. We are looking for a results-driven professional who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. Join our innovative team and play a pivotal role in defining, prioritizing, and delivering features that enhance our CRM Marketing capabilities, ensuring optimal customer experiences across our organizationEducation & Professional Qualifications
  • A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field provides a solid foundation for understanding both business requirements and technical aspects.
Knowledge / Experience
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on CRM Marketing products.
  • In-depth experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud build and rollout
  • Proven ability to strategically plan and prioritize CRM Marketing features and functionalities based on business value and impact within the context of the broader GDP program.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in identifying and resolving technical challenges related to CRM Marketing integration, ensuring smooth functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring alignment of integration efforts with overall program goals.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in integrating marketing products with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Consent solutions, ensuring a secure and seamless user experience.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly in the context of product ownership, to contribute to efficient project planning, coordination, and delivery.
  • Experience in developing user training materials and providing support for CRM Marketing users during and after the integration process.
NICE TO HAVE
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) incl. Salesforce CDP, Treasure Data and Hightouch
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
  • Experience in Advertising Studio
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices, ensuring that the CRM Marketing integration adheres to relevant compliance standards and industry guidelines.
