About the Role:

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing programs that raise Oliver Wyman's brand awareness and help build relationships with clients and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and Maintain Digital Presence: Develop and execute a strategy to build the firm's local digital presence, including the website, Spanish microsite, and social media channels.
  2. Marketing Campaign Execution: Manage the execution of marketing campaigns through target segmentation, list management, and data analytics using the CRM system.
  3. Marketing Events: Support the development and implementation of marketing events that align with the firm's goals and objectives.
  4. Alumni Program: Play a role in enhancing the local alumni program to foster relationships with former employees and promote the firm's brand.
  5. Project Support: Provide support on specific projects related to local campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing regular reporting and status updates.

Requirements:

  1. Marketing Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
  2. Language Skills: Spanish or English native speaker/fluent in Spanish.
  3. Digital Marketing Savvy: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  4. CRM and Marketing Automation: Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems.
  5. Communication and Writing Skills: Excellent communication and writing/editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a demanding and challenging international work environment.
  7. Time Management: Ability to juggle competing tasks, priorities, and manage own time effectively.
  8. Self-Starter: Self-starter with an appetite for learning and ability to work with little guidance.
  9. Flexibility and Results-Driven: Flexible attitude, hard-working, and results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  10. MS Office Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, with the ability to use various tools and software.
