About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Michael Page. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies for our clients in the property industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Strategy Development

Work closely with our European Marketing team, Spanish Marketing Team, and local on-site teams to set and deliver annual marketing and commercial property strategies for our portfolio and individual properties.

Marketing Programme Execution

Lead the development and execution of marketing programmes that support the achievement of business development and financial performance goals by creating brands for assets, implementing collateral and action plans around marketing, paid advertising, outdoor advertising, sales campaigns, new development, presentations, and resident communications.

Marketing Materials Development

Collaborate with external design agencies and our internal marketing support team to deliver marketing materials that meet brand guidelines (email campaigns, social media, banners, adverts, flyers, giveaways, etc.) and appeal to specific target markets.

Compliance and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organisational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and report violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s).
