We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Page Personnel ETT. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  2. Content Creation: Develop and create high-quality marketing materials, including presentations, copy, and visual content, to support marketing campaigns.
  3. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure successful campaign execution.
  4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Ops, and Marketing teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  5. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.
  6. Brand Management: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with the company's brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  7. Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
  8. Team Support: Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including data entry, research, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  1. Education: Degree-level education in Marketing, Branding, Advertising, or a related field.
  2. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel. Basic understanding of reporting, including Google Analytics. Mid-level knowledge of design tools, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  3. Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, content creation, and project management.
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
