About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Iberia. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing programs that raise Oliver Wyman's brand awareness and help build relationships with clients and influencers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and Maintain Digital Presence: Develop and execute a strategy to build and maintain Oliver Wyman's local digital presence, including the website, Spanish microsite, and social media channels.
  2. Manage Marketing Campaigns: Manage the execution of marketing campaigns through target segmentation, list management, and data analytics using the CRM system.
  3. Support Marketing Events: Support the development and implementation of marketing events that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  4. Enhance Alumni Program: Play a role in enhancing the local alumni program to foster relationships with former employees and promote the company's brand.
  5. Support Local Campaigns: Support specific projects related to local campaigns and initiatives.
  6. Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide regular reporting and status updates.
Requirements
  1. Proven Marketing Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  2. Language Skills: Spanish or English native speaker/fluent in Spanish.
  3. Digital Marketing Savvy: Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation systems.
  4. Communication and Writing Skills: Excellent communication and writing/editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  6. Time Management: Ability to juggle competing tasks and priorities, with strong time management skills.
  7. Self-Starter: Self-starter with an appetite for learning and the ability to work with minimal guidance.
  8. Flexibility: Flexible attitude, with a hard-working and results-driven approach.
  9. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
