About the Role

As a Marketing Coordinator at Automation, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of marketing programs that raise our brand awareness and help build relationships with clients and influencers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain our local digital presence, including our website, Spanish microsite, and social media channels.
  • Manage marketing campaign execution through target segmentation, list management, and data analytics using our CRM system.
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing events that align with our business objectives.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of our local alumni program and support specific projects related to local campaigns.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide regular reporting and status updates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing.
  • Native Spanish speaker or fluent in Spanish.
  • Digital marketing savvy with experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Strong communication and writing/editing skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, honed in a demanding and challenging international work environment.
  • Ability to juggle competing tasks, priorities, and manage your own time.
  • Self-starter with an appetite for learning and ability to work with minimal guidance.
  • Flexible attitude, hard-working, and results-driven.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
