- Provide mentorship and guidance to the sales team
- Offer strategic insights to the Marketing team
- Coordinate with Technical Pre-Sales, Integration, and Compliance departments
- Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience
- Demonstrated leadership in managing sales teams
- Mastery in solution selling, negotiation, and consultative sales
- Strong understanding of financial service products
- Passion for technology, particularly in API-based and developer-centric products
- Exceptional bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English
- Collaborative mindset
- Based in Barcelona, open to travel up to 30%
- Experience in fintech, finance, or software solutions
