Your mission:

What will your contribution in this role be?

As the Head of Sales at Gamium, your primary objective will be to shape and execute our strategy for driving revenue and business growth.

This will be achieved through effective sales strategies, staying ahead of market trends, and ensuring our sales team operates at peak efficiency.

Your role will focus on business development, capitalizing on market trends and customer demand to optimize our profitability and revenue targets.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop new markets in line with our sales strategy, with initial focus on Spain and Europe.
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies to optimize business practices.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and close deals to meet targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure longterm success.
  • Supervise company sales performance, setting objectives and deadlines.
  • Define strategic KPIs and metrics, and report performance periodically.
  • Monitor sales progress and identify opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to forecast future sales performance. Adjust strategies and tactics based on insights to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships to capitalize on strategic partnerships and manage a team of 2 sales representatives.
  • Coordinate with the CEO and various departments to enhance procedures and meet sales targets.
  • Develop the product's 'proof of concept' for customized B2B solutions.
  • Implement CRM for Gamium.
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to Clevel management.
  • Work in tandem with the Marketing team to ensure alignment of both departments towards common goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Your profile:

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a SaaS company or major consulting firm.
  • Prior experience in managing a team of sales representatives.

Hard Skills:

  • Fundamental technical knowledge of Web2/Web3 software companies.
  • Solid understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Nativelevel Spanish.
  • Proficiency in English.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
