Alcanzar la cuota de ventas de equipos y fidelización de clientes

× El DC es responsable de alcanzar la cuota de ventas anual (Budget) en la zona asignada, basada en un plan de negocio a medio-largo plazo

Proporcionar valor añadido en

× Fidelización de clientes actuales:

Visitas periódicas a clientes actuales y búsqueda de negocio recurrente

× Búsqueda de nuevos clientes:

Búsqueda de clientes potenciales, y desarrollo de la actividad comercial asociada

× Análisis del mercado:

Investigación activa del potencial de venta en base a la zona o segmentaciones de mercado, además de análisis de la presencia de competencia

× Planificación:

Elaboración de un plan de Marketing y Ventas anual de la zona asignada basado en el plan estratégico de la compañía

× Reporting:

Semanal/Mensual/Trimestral/Anual:
actividad comercial realizada, proyectos generados y seguimiento a través de CRM o informes específicos, además de la previsión de ventas

  • Evita conflictos de interés entre varios departamentos, de tal manera que se reduzcan los riesgos a la imparcialidad.
Crea los procesos de comunicación apropiados dentro del departamento.

Titulación

  • Título universitario o equivalente Ingeniería Técnica o Superior
  • Informáticos: MS Office, CRM
  • Idiomas: Inglés fluido, alemán valorable

Experiência:

  • Venta y desarrollo de negocio de soluciones basadas en bienes de equipos (máquinaherramienta, metrología, equipos de inyección) y software industrial (CAD/CAM, PLM)
  • Experiência en venta por valor: búsqueda de la necesidad, demostración, exposición del ROI de la inversión,etc
  • Experiência profesional necesaria para el puesto:35 años de experiência en ventas dentro de la industria
