Job Description

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. This role will also involve processing orders, managing customer data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to customer issues.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Manage customer data, including updating customer information and resolving customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, using this knowledge to inform customer service strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed and accurate customer support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
