¿QUÉ FUNCIONES IMPLICA ESTE PUESTO?
Puesto ubicado en la recepción (atención visitas, clientes y proveedores).Gestión de la agenda del director asignado.
Coordinación con el resto de Office Assistant del resto de oficinas (Barcelona, Bruselas y Lisboa).Redacción, procesado y clasificación de correspondencia postal o electrónica.
Salas de reuniones (preparación, organización, supervisión).Gestión de viajes, reserva de restaurantes, hoteles y otras necesidades logísticas del equipo en coordinación con agencia externa.
Organización y gestión de eventos corporativos y reuniones.Organización y coordinación de catering.
Recepción y canalización llamadas telefónicas.
Gestión gastos.
Gestión de material corporativo de clientes, proveedores y equipo.
Redacción, control y seguimiento de procedimientos internos.
Apoyo a los distintos equipos en tareas asociadas.
¿QUÉ PERFIL BUSCAMOS?
Formación académicaTitulación de grado medio.
Experiencia profesionalDe 3-5 años en puesto similar en el sector servicios profesionales.
Idiomas (imprescindible)Castellano nativo.
Inglés C1.Se valorará muy positivamente un tercer idioma, como el portugués o el francés.
HabilidadesIniciativa propia y perfil dinámico.
Alto grado de discreción y confidencialidad.
Habilidades para la organización, planificación y gestión del tiempo.
Pensamiento analítico.
