TU OBJETIVO SERÍA
Dar un servicio integral E2E tanto a nuestro cliente interno como externo.

Asegurando con el cliente interno una gestión eficiente de todas sus solicitudes y con el cliente externo, que sus pedidos lleguen en tiempo y forma y solventar todos sus requerimientos y solicitudes.


Asegurar la disponibilidad de stock en los almacenes del grupo (nacionales e internacionales) para los pedidos del canal de internacional y coordinar de la carga con el proveedor seleccionado, según criterio del tender anual de transporte, con el objetivo de realizar la entrega en el país destino bajo las condiciones Incoterm negociado con el cliente.


¿EN QUÉ CONSISTIRÍA TU DÍA A DÍA?

  • Ejecutar los procesos que alimentan las herramientas de gestión de stocks y resolver las excepciones de rotura o situaciones en las que el nível de stock este por debajo del nível de seguridad.
  • Resolver las incidencias de carga, transporte y falta de stock que se producen en el proceso de entrega de los pedidos en los almacenes del OL o fábricas del Grupo.
  • Introducción de los pedidos y comunicación con el cliente final.
  • Confirmar los pedidos conforme existe stock en los almacenes para ser cargados y servidos.
  • Coordinar la cartera de pedidos con el proveedor (Transitario o Naviera) seleccionado para realizar la entrega en el país de destino.
  • Realizar el aprovisionamiento a los almacenes internacionales, OL's del grupo, según las políticas de stock establecidas.
  • Realizar el aprovisionamiento de los productos que se importan (mercaderías) y que se comercializan en el grupo, según las políticas de stock establecidas.
  • Coordinar con el equipo comercial y el equipo de S&OP el forecast mensual de los clientes, para poder asegurar el stock necesario.
  • Coordinar con el equipo de Comercial, Regulatory y Legal de los Nuevos Mercados y los requisitos de importación en el país de destino.
  • Coordinar con el departamento de Riesgos Financieros la liberación de los pedidos para poder gestionar los pedidos. Y seguimiento de los diferentes medios de pago internacionales, como Cartas de Crédito, Remesas Documentales, etc.
  • Gestión de proyectos transversales que tengan impacto en la unidad.
  • Coordinar con el departamento de compras los tenders anuales de navieras.
  • Seguimientos con el departamento Comercial para los mercados asignados.
  • Seguimiento con el departamento de Control de Gestión de la facturación y desviación de los gastos de los presupuestos por país/año.

Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:

¿QUÉ PERFIL ESTAMOS BUSCANDO DESDE MSM?

  • Licenciatura/Grado
  • Valorable master en Comercio Internacional (conocimiento de la documentación internacional como el EUR1, Certificado de Origen, Certificado Sanitario, Bls, etc.)
  • Valorable experiência con medios de pago internacional (Carta de Crédito, Crédito documentario, Remesa documentaria, etc)
  • Nível C1 Ingles
  • Valorable nível alto de Italiano
  • Microsoft Office nível avanzado
  • Experiência de al menos 2 años en una posición similar.
