Key Responsibilities- Inbound Freight Cost Control: Monitor and manage inbound freight costs to ensure optimal pricing and minimize expenses.
- Invoice Approval Support: Assist in the approval process for inbound invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
- Inbound Services Follow-up: Coordinate with carriers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of inbound shipments.
- Freight Shipment Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inbound freight shipments.
- Spot Quotes and Reporting: Provide spot quotes for outbound international and inbound service requests, and establish reporting on cost evolution.
- SLA and KPI Development: Collaborate with the Inbound Manager to develop, maintain, and measure internal KPIs, SLAs, and cost tracking.
- Outbound International Returns: Manage the process of returning international shipments to vendors.
- ESG Reporting and Coordination: Handle ESG reporting improvements and queries, and coordinate with carriers in Ariba for all LCs.
- Freight Manager Support: Assist Freight Managers with invoice control reporting and automate invoice collection.
- Experience in Logistics/Operations: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics or operations.
- Operational Processes: Detailed understanding of operational processes and planning within a large, fast-moving operation.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- System Knowledge: Knowledge of logistics systems, including SAP and MS Office.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of databases, including SAP BW/BI.
