Job Title: International Freight Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled International Freight Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in controlling inbound freight costs, supporting invoice approval, and ensuring seamless inbound services and requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound freight costs and support invoice approval processes
  • Follow up on and support inbound services and requests
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inbound freight shipment databases
  • Provide spot quotes for outbound international and inbound service requests
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for inbound freight operations
  • Collaborate with the Inbound Manager to develop and maintain effective internal metrics and reporting
  • Manage international returns to vendors for all locations
  • Support ESG reporting improvements and queries
  • Coordinate carrier management in Ariba for all locations
  • Assist Freight Managers with invoice control reporting and automate invoice collection
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics and operations
  • Detailed understanding of operational processes and planning within a large, fast-moving operation
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • System knowledge within logistics, including SAP and MS Office
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of databases
