Job Title: International Freight Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled International Freight Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX Europe Services and Operations S.L.U. This role will be responsible for controlling inbound freight costs, supporting invoice approval, and maintaining the inbound freight shipment database.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound freight costs and support invoice approval
  • Follow up on and support inbound services and requests
  • Maintain the inbound freight shipment database
  • Provide spot quotes for outbound international and inbound service requests
  • Establish inbound reporting on cost evolution
  • Develop and maintain internal KPIs, SLAs, and cost tracking
  • Manage outbound international returns to vendors
  • Handle ESG reporting improvements and queries
  • Coordinate carrier management in Ariba for all LCs
  • Support freight managers on invoice control reporting and automate invoice collection
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics or operations
  • Detailed understanding of operational processes
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of planning within a large fast-moving operation
  • Analytical thinking
  • System knowledge within logistics
  • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Advance Excel skills
  • Knowledge of databases and SAP BW/BI
