Alfa Laval Iberia wants to recruit a Junior Sales Engineer for the Marine Division for covering a maternity/paternity leave. He/she will be responsible for selling Alfa Laval products and services within the assigned area of responsibility and providing direct support to customers, including technical quotations and support (including sizing & selection).
This responsibility requires a high level of coordination with the rest of the members of Marine Division.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:
- Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them in real business opportunities in order to ensure the pipeline.
- Prepare and follow up quotations for the assigned area of responsibility according to the customer demands and needs.
- Proactive looking for upselling opportunities in each interaction.
- You are a self-motivated team player with the ability to easily network in an international and cross-cultural environment.
- A dynamic and proactive person, who really like to generate outstanding customer experiences, through addressing on customer needs.
- You have a customer focused mindset and selling approach in all customer interactions.
- You are driven and see solutions rather than problems, effectively prioritizing and executing multiple tasks.
- You build trust, by clear communication.
Job Requirements
- Naval Architect & Marine Engineering degree
- Strong and solid commercial orientation
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Resident in Madrid area
