- Expérience avérée avec les plateformes de service client comme Zendesk
- Aisance dans l'utilisation d'outils tels que Shopify
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en faisant preuve d'une excellente communication

- Gestion efficace des tickets et des mails via Zendesk
- Modération et gestion des interactions sur nos réseaux sociaux
