(Senior) Customer Success Manager EMEA (all genders)

Your tasks:

-
Natural born team player:You work with a small, global team to help shape a high impact function that boosts the value our products create for our customers.
-
Ownership:You establish and nurture relationships with customers and generate and structure customer insights that help you drive customer specific engagement measures.
-
Best-in-class experience:You measure the impact across a range of indicators and fine tune our Customer Success toolbox accordingly.
-
Coordination is key:You work on several projects and once
  • You coordinate across all relevant internal stakeholders and a wide range of departments to ensure our service level is on target.
-
Performance driven:80% of your time will be spent on delivering service excellence through 'human' engagement. Therefore, confidence and experience in speaking to a large number of Customers, some of which will be in a challenging situation is absolutely essential in this role.

Your profile:

-
Background & experience: University degree (min. Bachelor) in Business or Finance ideally with 2-3 years' work experience in a Customer Success role at a FinTech or related industries.
-
That's you:You have an ability to quickly grasp financial & technical processes.

Analytical mindset:You are data

- and process-oriented.

Passion:You have a do-anything attitude to provide a stellar customer experience.

Have an eye for detail:You work well with ambiguity and are able to work focused, diligent and outcome driven.

Communication skills:You take pride in service and have a passion for communicating & coordinating. You are also business fluent in
English and French
