Job Description

  • Develop and implement annual Marketing plans for various hotels and lead the strategy for Anantara Europe, collaborating with the hotel Marcoms teams and aligning with the PR team and Headquarters
  • Ensure brand consistency in all projects of the brand and assigned hotels by working closely with different departments of the company and hotels under supervision
  • Aid in budget planning and oversight
  • Offer pre-opening assistance for new and rebranded properties in Europe
  • Supervise Marketing agencies
  • Manage global promotional campaigns execution in BUSE from HQ and coordinate local efforts with hotels (e.g. awareness, teaser campaigns, etc.) Identify opportunities for sponsorships, partnerships, and cross-promotions to enhance brand and property visibility in Europe
  • Drive global initiatives to enhance brand awareness in BUSE
  • Provide Brand Induction and offer strategy support to new team members (for new or existing hotels)
  • Conduct continuous market research on competing hotel brands in the industry and keep corporate teams informed of competitor activities in all markets
  • Assist the E-Commerce department with website content
  • Oversee photo and video shoots of hotels, working in coordination with the official photographer, hotels, and Headquarters to ensure guidelines adherence
  • Collaborate with Marcom for business Reviews presentation. Lead MarCom supervision and coordination in BUSE. Support MarCom staff to excel in their roles, gain autonomy, and enhance brand knowledge

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with the luxury hospitality industry
  • Non-hospitality background considered a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
  • Fluency in native English, proficiency in both verbal and written English
  • Knowledge of Spanish, French, or Italian is advantageous
