Tes prochaines missions : Bénéficier d'une formation continue pour enrichir tes compétences commerciales. Participer à de nombreuses réunions pour comprendre le fonctionnement interne d'une entreprise en pleine croissance. Fournir un support technique et commercial aux partenaires B2B nationaux. Analyser les retours des clients et les remontées opérationnelles pour contribuer à l'amélioration des produits et des processus. Gérer la relation client en assurant un service de qualité. Accompagner les Account Managers dans le suivi de leurs partenaires. Contribuer à des projets transverses pour développer des compétences variées. Profil recherché : Au-delà d'un diplôme ou d'une formation commerciale, nous recherchons quelqu'un de motivé, à l'écoute, capable de s'adapter rapidement et désireux d'apprendre Tu as un excellent relationnel et tu as soif d'apprendre et de te former dans le domaine de la relation client. Tu es orienté(e) résultats et la satisfaction des partenaires est ta priorité. Doté(e) d'un esprit débrouillard, tu sais analyser rapidement et apporter des solutions simples à des problèmes complexes. Tu es organisé(e), capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et de les prioriser efficacement. Travailler en équipe est essentiel pour toi et tu apprécies les interactions collaboratives. Tu maîtrises parfaitement le français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, et tu te débrouilles aisément en anglais. Tu es curieux(se) et t'intéresses aux défis rencontrés par nos partenaires, cherchant toujours à proposer des solutions adaptées. Tu es disponible pour un stage de 5 à 6 mois. Ce que nous t'offrons : Une rémunération de stage de 750 euros brut par mois.
