- Analizar y comprometerse con las especificaciones del producto del cliente y las normativas/legislaciones aplicables para su perímetro en el programa.
- Definir el análisis funcional del producto (basado en la estructura estándar).
- Participar en las revisiones de diseño y contribuir al rendimiento global del producto.
- Identificar y formalizar la lista KPC. Participar activamente en la sesión DFMEA
- Aportar las contribuciones necesarias al SPDE/PDE para garantizar que el diseño cumple el rendimiento definido.
- Garantizar la coherencia entre GD&T (incl. Tolerance stacks) y la viabilidad del proceso.
- El DE aprueba la definición RPS realizada por PDE o/con PTE para las características relacionadas con el proceso y la pila de tolerancia (definida por PDE y PPV) en línea con el proceso de Convergencia Geométrica.
- Garantizar la definición e implementación de las características poka yoke de productos y procesos definidas por PTE y/o PML.
- Dirigir las validaciones del producto (DVPhase2, DVPhase3 & PVPhase3) para su perímetro en el programa.
- Definir las especificaciones BOP y asegurar la robustez del desarrollo BOP.
- Apoyar al ASQ en el seguimiento del proveedor en cuestiones relacionadas con el diseño del producto.
- Dirigir la conformidad geométrica de los subconjuntos.
- Definir los niveles de ingeniería a utilizar por la Planta (Piloto) durante el lanzamiento. Apoyar el lanzamiento de la producción en la planta: analizar la conformidad del producto; identificar y dirigir el plan de acciones correctivas; contribuir a la propiedad del producto de la planta.
- Apoyar al PDL para alcanzar los objetivos de calidad, costes y plazos del programa. Proponer e implementar acciones de mejora. Definir los plazos adecuados para su perímetro.
¿Quién eres?
- Máster en mecánica
- Alrededor de 5 años de experiencia en desarrollo de productos y procesos de fabricación de partes de door panels (inyección, forrado, covering, ensamblaje...)
- Experto en Geometría, Dimensionamiento ISO
- Inglés totalmente profesional
- Mentalidad de trabajo en equipo
- Un amante de los idiomas con inglés alto y apto a trabajar en un entorno internacional
