Prototype Planner

Within the automotive V-model for electronic products development, the Prototypes and Industrialization department provides a very important link between the design and the validation domains, so it’s the place where virtual designs come true in physical parts, that allow to our engineers to verify the design requirements.
- **Prototype Planner **is the main coordinator of these activities, receiving from the project team the sample demands and managing the steps to buy material and allowing the team to assembly the samples.- How can you become part of our success?- Management of prototypes assembly plans with the project Team, from early A-samples to pre-series parts.
- Simulate the material needs and organize the approval of purchase requisitions on ERP, to achieve to send the purchase orders to suppliers.
- Launch internal manufacturing orders to proto assembly team and purchase orders to external service suppliers, according to the agreed prototype plans.
- Participation in the subassemblies supplier selection, by time, quality and cost.
- Coordination of manufacturing activities with the selected supplier, including providing instructions for warehouse movements to achieve the target.
- Manage main prototype KPIs and report to project team and management.
- What skills do you need?**Necessary qualification**:
- Academic background: Electronic Engineering or similar.
- English: Very good written and spoken language skills
- Spanish - Very good written and spoken language skills

**Technical competences**:
- Experience in SAP modules MM & PP
- Valuable knowledge in Office 365
- Production planning tools and processes**Working experience**:
- 3 years of experience in automotive mechatronic process development position.
- Good communication skills, ability to work in international teams and environment.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated person, highly organized mindset.
- Conflict Management skills.
