Our client is in search of a Danish-Speaking Customer Representative to contribute to exciting projects with renowned brands in various industries such as tech, finance, travel, fashion, and healthcare.
What we offer:
- Full-time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 16:00
- Salary: 18,000 euros gross/year + up to 1,900 euros gross/year in bonus

What you'll do:
- Handle incoming user requests B2C (via telephone/email)
- Resolve incidents requiring technical expertise
- Address requests/incidents related to specific products/apps
- Ensure timely progress and closure of service requests
- Proactively update customers on request status and resolutions
We're looking for:
- Proficiency in Danish and advanced English
- Strong customer service skills
- High IT knowledge in Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, Live Music, and Audiovisual products
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac environments
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably technical support
- Excellent communication, teamwork, flexibility, and stress management abilities
