Join our Content Management team as
Supplier Connectivity Tech Coordinator and play a key role in coordinating the activities of Supplier Connectivity team, supporting suppliers and helping achieve team's targets.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • Support suppliers connect to us through API
  • Support suppliers in the loading and updating process both in the business platform and via API to ensure their products are online and available
  • Encourage suppliers to manage their own products themselves based on our requirements to increase sales
  • Support suppliers in the loading and updating process both in the business platform and via API to ensure their products are online and available
  • Support with salesforce cases by responding to suppliers with support material
  • Teaching a new supplier on how to use the business platform onboarding
  • Collaborates and communicates across multiple areas within Offer Content Management, internal stakeholders (Customer Care, Tech Support, Supply Management) and external stakeholders (suppliers, API providers)
  • Coordinates with BI, Supply Management teams, and Offer Content Excellence area to collect data to support best standards and practices
