JOB DESCRIPTION:

Part of the Global Finance Services EMEA, Web services is in charge to provide to our supplier web services that help them to get our supplier more digitalized and have more efficient process to manage the supplier's Accounts.

You will be part of an exciting environment constantly challenging us to make the web Services for our supplier always up to date and ensuring that meets the business objectives and needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As Web Services Executive you will be in charge to ensure the integrity and well-functioning of our Supplier Web services (Supplier extranet, Ticketing "case management tool" and E-Billing).

This includes reviewing on a daily basis the level of services delivered by the web services and provide a constant functional support to our operational/sourcing team and suppliers.

As Also part of the GFS Process team you will be involved in project to implement new processes or improvement align with the management strategy and priority.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review eBilling invoice reception and treat incidences
• Train Suppliers to our Web services (supplier Finance Web & eBilling) via GoTo Webinar
• Support PTP Key account Manager to resolve Web Services Issue or eBilling Activation
• Report and present action plan to improve Web Services usability
• Drive improvement on Web services (Plan/Develop/Test/communication/Report)
• Send communication to Supplier
• Web Services Key indicator report

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance or equivalent would be a plus
• Very good knowledge of Office/ Knowledge in VBA/HTML would be a plus
• High Level of English/ and other language will be a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge in Project Management is a plus
• Operating with a high degree of autonomy, acting decisively, proactive, with drive and energy to act in a fastpaced environment
