Identify new opportunities and retain major accounts by developing specific market and product segments based on regional targets. Collaborate with Air, Ocean & Brokerage Solution managers to develop new business. Coordinate with the Sales Manager to target accounts aligned with our service portfolio. Advocate for clients during pricing development; work with the Pricing group to create proposals. Present and negotiate proposals with clients, emphasizing the value of our solutions and experience. Secure client commitment for projects; monitor and address changing client needs, oversee relationships, and channel feedback. Resolve client issues with operations.

We'd love to hear from you if you:
Bachelor's degree or International equivalent - Required Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Freight Forwarding industry. Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Excellent presentation and communication skills. Ability to initiate and develop internal and external relationships. Strong planning, prioritizing, and workload management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Teamwork, flexibility, and ability to manage complex activities. Open to changing targets, results-oriented. Maintains a positive attitude under all circumstances. Driving license. Willing to travel. Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
