Unser Kunde ist eines der am schnellsten wachsenden Scale-Ups im Bereich Umwelttechnologie in Europa mit dem Ziel, lokale und saubere Energie für jeden Haushalt zu verwirklichen. Damit zählen sie zu den größten Marktplätzen für Solaranlagen in Europa. Sie legen großen Wert auf einen möglichst einfachen sowie kostengünstigen Kauf und eine unkomplizierte Installation für den Kunden.
Für den Ausbau des Teams in Madrid sucht unser Kunde nun einen Customer Manager (m/w/d).
Aufgaben
- Erste Anlaufstelle für alle Angelegenheiten rund um die Kundenzufriedenheit und -treue
- Pflege
- und Entwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen
- Führung und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten
- Solarenergie-Lösungen abgestimmt auf Kundenbedürfnisse
- Unterstützung beim gesamten Installationsprozess
- Verwaltung von Kundenkonten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebs
- und Verkaufsteam, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten ausfindig zu machen
- Direkter Austausch mit Projektmanagern in Madrid und mit dem gesamten Team europaweit
Qualifikation
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau und Englisch fließend
- Erfahrung als Kundenbetreuer oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Sehr gute Kommunikations-Skills und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt und in der Solarenergiebranche
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungs
- und Entscheidungsfähigkeiten
- Organisationstalent & Zuverlässigkeit
- Nice-To-Have: Beherrschung einer der Sprachen: Schwedisch, Niederländisch, Flämisch, Französisch, Italienisch
