About your role

Job Summary:

As a Customer Manager at Otovo, your responsibility will be to oversee customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with clients to grasp their needs and deliver solar energy solutions that align with their requirements. Additionally, you will manage customer accounts and uphold consistent communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with assistance and positivity.
  • Cultivate and sustain positive customer relationships.
  • Comprehend customer needs to offer appropriate solar energy solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and manage their accounts.
  • Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to identify new business prospects.
  • Offer assistance to customers throughout the PV installation process.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
  • Maintain and update customer records as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience as a customer manager or in a similar customer-facing role is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • Preference for knowledge of the solar energy industry.
  • Fluency in at least one language among German, Swedish, Dutch, Flemish, French, or Italian. Mastery of English is essential.
