En dependencia del responsable de Desarrollo de negocio de la

compañía tu misión será responsabilizarte del departamento de

Marketing Corporativo y Comunicación, deberás liderar la ejecución

de los canales de la compañía de modo que haya sinergias entre

digital y analógico para conseguir reforzar y afianzar nuestra

posición de liderazgo.

Deberás aportar en el proceso estratégico de la compañía para

conseguir crear cultura de marketing y comunicación.

Responsabilidades:

  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia global de marketing tanto del
canal online como del offline de la empresa y sus unidades de negocio.

  • Establecer la hoja de ruta para medir y alcanzar los objetivos
definidos a corto y largo plazo.

  • Conocer las tendencias del mercado y del sector a nível digital.
  • Fomentar el reconocimiento de la marca en los diferentes
stakeholders.

  • Asegurar el alineamiento entre negocio y Compliance-Calidad
  • Facilitar información de producto, servicio y precio a los equipos,
así como hacer el seguimiento oportuno

  • Colaboración en la fijación de precios.
  • Gestión de los diferentes canales de distribución B2B, B2C.
  • Gestión del equipo y su desarrollo / motivación.
  • Innovar en herramientas de marketing.
  • Responsabilizarse del budget asignado.
  • Desarrollo y promoción de nuevos productos y servicios.
  • Desarrollo y ejecución del plan de Formación

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura/grado en CC. de la Salud, ADE, Marketing, etc.
  • Experiência en sector salud, farma o similar.
  • Experiência de al menos 8 años gestionando equipos de
marketing.

  • Conocimiento de canal B2B y B2C.
  • Haber participado en proyectos de integración.

  • Formación de postgrado en marketing
  • Proyectos en Europa y/o Internacional
  • Publicaciones, participación en ponencias
  • Experiência en gestión de negocios / equipos de ventas
