You will engage with esteemed clients of a prominent digital bank in Europe, delivering counsel on savings and presenting cutting-edge banking solutions with promising returns.

Overview of the role:

Assisting bank clients through various channels like calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat, offering top-notch service, and showcasing innovative digital banking products in the Dutch market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer queries concerning banking matters like account setup, password assistance, transfers, etc.
  • Managing back-office tasks such as email responses, WhatsApp communications, etc.
  • Promoting banking products.
  • Adhering to the transparency requirements, service information, and client protection protocols outlined in the regulations applicable to investment products.
  • Identifying and addressing system irregularities.
  • Meeting the quality benchmarks and sales targets established by the organization.

Qualifications

Educational Background.

  • Preferred qualifications in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Native proficiency in Dutch language.

Experience

  • Prior experience in the banking sector is advantageous.

Perks

  • Full-time position, 38.5 hours/week, working Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week and 2 weekends off per month. Shifts from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Remote work from any location in Spain.
  • Permanent employment contract.

  • Annual salary of €21,718 gross/year.
  • Comprehensive one-month training at our Madrid office (accommodation provided). Training hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., remunerated as part of the contract.
  • Upon training completion, remote work setup (company-provided equipment), with the requirement to visit our Madrid office 12 days per year.
