We are looking for an organized, action-oriented Fieldwork Operations Coordinator to join our team in Barcelona. You will be supporting project teams to ensure that fieldwork projects are implemented efficiently and effectively.

What will you be doing

  • Organizing fieldwork activities, such as contacting, interviewing, onboarding and managing external partners, agencies and collaborators in different countries.
  • Estimating and negotiating budgets and timings with external partners, agencies and collaborators. Tracking expenses and ensuring costeffective utilization of resources.
  • Organizing the workflow to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Flagging out and creatively solve bottlenecks and conflicts among projects.
  • Maintain records of fieldwork activities and updated databases.
- have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
