Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Coordinator to assist with the planning and execution of our guided tours. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless tour operations, coordinating with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate tour logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and activities
  • Communicate with clients to confirm tour details and answer questions
  • Assist with tour planning, including researching and recommending new destinations and activities
  • Collaborate with the tour management team to ensure smooth tour operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients before, during, and after tours

Requirements
