We support hybrid working schedule
Responsibilities
- Provide an efficient assistance to Autodesk customers on a variety of issues and questions, related to usage of our software
- Document problems and solutions in short and clear articles for our knowledgebase
- Research, verify, and document product issues
- Manage customer expectations by providing updates on progress
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English and German
- You are and advanced user of Revit, Navisworks and other Autodesk AEC products
- Professional experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry 3+ years
- You have a passion for helping people and enjoy solving problems
- Customer service experience

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location.
