Position Overview

We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Autodesk. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers overcome challenges and achieve their goals with our software.

About the Role

As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing expert assistance to our customers on a wide range of issues related to our software. This includes troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and documenting solutions for our knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Research and resolve complex technical issues related to our software
  • Document solutions and best practices for our knowledge base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our software

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • Advanced user experience with Revit, Navisworks, and other Autodesk AEC products
  • Professional experience in the AEC industry (3+ years)
  • A passion for helping others and a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Customer service experience
