Nuestro cliente es una compañía de desarroolo tecnológico de Videojuegos, realidad aumentada, realidad virtual, RV, Educación edTech, Gamificación, IA y Machine Learning.

Para la división de desarrollo de soluciones educativas para niños y niñas, buscamos un/a profesional para liderar al equipo de ventas.

La empresa está en pleno proceso de transformación de un modelo B2C a un modelo B2B, que requerirá un esfuerzo extra en la definición de estrategia de ventas, canales, creación de equipo comercial, etc...

Experiência en el sector Edtech (En departamento de ventas y preferiblemente llevando procesos con B2B:
Colegios, centros de psicología, terapéuticos, asociaciones, fundaciones, gobiernos.).2. Experiência liderando equipos y ejecutando desde la fundación del mismo (muy hands on).
3.

Experiência con procesos de ventas desde scratch:

Va a tener que ser capaz de identificar qué funciona, qué no, iterar mensajes, precios, identificar canales.

Experiência en manejo de herramientas:

Zendesk, Brevo, HubSpot.5. Experiência habiendo trabajado desde ventas con departamentos de Producto, Tecnología y Marketing6. Experiência en procesos de selección para incorporar a perfiles competentes para el equipo
