Estamos en búsqueda de un Sales Manager para una plant-based startup que está en crecimiento y se quiere comer el mundo.


Funciones:
Desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia de ventas para poder cumplir y superar los objetivos de ingresos. Identificar y perseguir nuevas oportunidades de negocio a través de la investigación y la creación de redes comerciales. Construir y mantener relaciones con los clientes claves, distribuidores y minoristas. Analizar los datos de ventas y las tendencias del mercado para ajustar la estrategia e identificar áreas de crecimiento. Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para crear e implementar campañas de ventas efectivas. Crear, gestionar y motivar a un equipo de representantes de ventas para alcanzar objetivos individuales y de equipo. Representar a la empresa en eventos y ferias de la industria.

Requisitos:
Licenciatura en marketing, ADE o similar. Más de 5 años de experiencia en ventas de la industria alimentaria del canal horeca. Buenas dotes comunicativas. Habilidades de liderazgo y experiencia en gestión de equipos de venta. Disponibilidad para viajar. Capacidad de ser hands-on y tener carácter proactivo. Valorables conocimientos o motivación por la alimentación plant-based.
