- Your responsibilities and tasks:
- Gestión completa de los proyectos de máquina nueva en GEA Farm Technologies Ibérica.
- Interlocución con los clientes, los comerciales y las fábricas, así como con los distribuidores, haciéndose responsable de la ejecución desde la venta hasta la entrega definitiva al cliente.
- Seguimiento de las obras del cliente final en proyectos de key Account, así como gestión de faltantes, gestión de montajes y gestión de entregas.
- Control y seguimiento de los pedidos para cumplimiento de los contratos, con el objetivo de suministrar los equipos en tiempo, coste y calidad previstos.
- Coordinación de recursos, toma de decisiones y resolución las incidencias que puedan surgir a lo largo del proyecto.
Your profile and qualifications:
- Titulación Universitaria preferiblemente en titulaciones de rama técnica:
- Formación específica en Gestión de Proyectos Profesional (PMBOK, PRINCE2, etc.)
- Experiência laboral relevante de al menos 2 años en puestos similares
- Tener experiência en puestos que impliquen interlocución con clientes y distintos departamentos de la propia empresa.
- Haber llevado a cabo la gestión de proyectos que incluyan suministro, instalación y puesta en marcha de maquinaria del sector industrial, agrícola o alimentario.
- Nível de inglés, necesario para la interacción con nuestra organización global y puestas en marchas.
- Personalidad proactiva, responsable y tolerante.
- Habilidad para establecer buenas relaciones interpersonales.
- Alta capacidad de trabajo en equipo, comunicación, creatividad y aprendizaje.
- Conocimientos en Autocad
