SAP Security and GRC Consultant
Overview: The SAP Security and GRC Consultant is primarily tasked with overseeing and delivering Security and Governance across SAP systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role as the SAP Security and GRC Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring Security and Governance across SAP applications.
As a key player, you will evaluate and supervise the design, development, testing, and implementation of SAP security solutions in various projects. This position requires collaboration with all organizational levels and demands extensive knowledge of SAP Security and GRC frameworks, governance, risk management, and Segregation of Duties (SoD). Familiarity with change management and project lifecycles, along with hands-on experience in diverse SAP application security design, is essential. Below are the primary responsibilities:
Your Main Focus:
- Subject Matter Expert for SAP Security and Authorization:
- Advocate for SAP Security and GRC considerations during support and project phases.
- Serve as a liaison with technical teams and manage escalations in support and project execution.
- Adhere to established procedures and company policies while following security best practices and standards.
- Evaluate the SAP Security Strategy for potential risks and propose remediation measures.
- Security Quality Assurance for Changes:
- Oversee security modifications and conduct quality reviews. Address any discrepancies and suggest feasible improvements as necessary.
- Assess all GRC Access Control configuration changes and manage the creation and maintenance of security roles within the application.
- Custodian of SAP Security Documentation: Responsible for the ownership, approval, and review of all SAP Security team documentation (e.g., SharePoint, Mailbox, Reference Documents) and serve as the approver for Security Roles and GRC actions.
- Hands-on Execution of Assigned Tasks: Support all project lifecycle phases and assist the AMS team with inquiries and clarifications.
- Monitoring and Reporting of SAP Security and GRC Initiatives:
- Provide status updates, proactively manage anticipated project risks, and plan for remediation or mitigation.
- Manage end-to-end project metrics and incident analysis, including weekly status reports.

The team comprises the SAP Security and GRC Global Manager, and you will collaborate closely with various departments, including Compliance, Internal Audit, SAP Functional Teams, Business-Facing IT Teams, and the end-user community. YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As the SAP Security and GRC Consultant, you will leverage your SAP Security and GRC expertise to enhance Coty's compliance and governance frameworks. The following skills are essential:
- Hands-on experience with S4HANA, GRC12, and Fiori security, along with AMS support exposure.
- Experience with SAP ECC, BW4HANA, BTP, SAP RD, and Solution Manager, including implementation and AMS support.
- Familiarity with Internal and External Audits related to SAP Security.
- Ability to collaborate with end-users to translate business needs into system specifications.
- Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties concepts, with the capability to conduct user or role remediations. Experience in designing a security SoD Matrix is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to diverse audiences, and interact with all organizational levels as needed.
- Recognizes the implications of changes and ensures thorough due diligence is performed before implementing changes, with comprehensive testing to avoid rework.
- Experience in User License management.
- Proficiency in ticket management and reporting; familiarity with ticketing tools.
- Expertise in generating and publishing various SOX reports, including User Access Reviews, Critical Actions, SoD, and Critical Permissions.
- Experience in SAP Security automation and script creation for mass maintenance and troubleshooting of SAP security and GRC issues.
