SAP Security Specialist
SAP Security & Governance Center of Excellence: The SAP Security & Governance Center of Excellence is dedicated to overseeing and delivering Security & Governance across SAP platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role within the SAP Security & Governance Center of Excellence, you will be tasked with overseeing and delivering Security & Governance across SAP platforms.
As part of the Center of Excellence, you will evaluate and supervise the design, development, testing, and implementation of SAP security solutions in various projects. This role involves collaboration with all organizational levels and necessitates a comprehensive understanding of SAP Security & Governance architecture, compliance, risks, and Segregation of Duties (SoD). Familiarity with change management and project lifecycles, along with hands-on experience in various SAP application security designs, is essential. Below are the primary responsibilities:
Your primary focus includes:
Subject Matter Expert for SAP Security and Authorization: Advocate for SAP Security & Governance considerations in support and project initiatives. Act as a bridge between technical teams and manage escalations in support and project execution. Adhere to established procedures, processes, and align with company policies and security best practices. Assess the SAP Security Strategy for potential risks and propose remediation strategies. Quality Assurance for Security Changes: Oversee security modifications and conduct quality assessments. Address any discrepancies and suggest feasible improvements as necessary. Review all Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Access Control configuration changes and the creation and maintenance of security roles within the application. Custodian of SAP Security Documentation: Responsible for the ownership, approval, and review of all SAP Security team documentation (including SharePoint, Mailbox, Reference Documents) and also serve as the approver for Security Roles and GRC Approvals. Hands-on execution of assigned tasks: Support all phases of the project lifecycle and assist the team with any inquiries or clarifications. Monitoring and reporting on SAP Security & GRC projects and support: Provide status updates, proactively manage anticipated project risks, and plan for remediation strategies. Handle end-to-end project metrics and incident analysis with weekly status reports.Working at Coty is characterized by trust, respect, support, and opportunities for professional growth and development. The team comprises the SAP Security & Governance Global Manager, and you will collaborate closely with various departments, including Compliance, Internal Audit, SAP functional teams, Business IT teams, and the end-user community. Your colleagues possess specialized expertise and extensive experience, providing a collaborative environment for learning and success.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a member of the SAP Security & Governance Center of Excellence, you will leverage your SAP Security and Governance expertise to enhance Coty's compliance and governance framework. Below are the key skills expected:
Hands-on experience with S4HANA, GRC12, and Fiori security, along with implementation and support exposure in SAP ECC, BW4HANA, BTP, SAP RD, and Solution Manager. Familiarity with internal and external audits related to SAP Security. Experience in collaborating with end-users to translate business needs into system specifications. Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties concepts and the ability to conduct user or role remediations. Experience in designing a security SoD Matrix is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to diverse audiences, and interact with all organizational levels as required. Recognizes the implications of changes and ensures thorough due diligence is performed before implementing changes, ensuring comprehensive testing of solutions to avoid rework. Proficient in User License management and ticket management/reporting; exposure to ticketing tools. Expertise in generating and publishing various SOX reports, including User Access Reviews, Critical Actions, SoD, Critical Permissions, and Firefighter Log Reviews. Proficient in SAP Security automation and script creation for mass maintenance and troubleshooting of SAP security & GRC issues.OUR BENEFITS
