About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Security Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Coty. As a key member of our SAP Security & GRC COE, you will be responsible for reviewing and delivering Security & Governance across SAP applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • SAP Security SME: Represent SAP Security & GRC considerations for Support and projects, act as a liaison with other technical teams, and manage escalations in support and project delivery.
  • Security QA Review: Monitor security changes executed, perform quality reviews, fix deviations, and provide feasible enhancements when required.
  • Security Collateral Owner: Own, approve, and review all SAP Security team collaterals, including Sharepoint, Mailbox, Reference Documents, and Security Roles.
  • Project Support: Support all phases of project lifecycle, assist AMS team with queries and clarifications, and monitor and report on SAP Security & GRC projects and AMS support.
Requirements
  • SAP Security Expertise: Hands-on experience with S4HANA, GRC12, Fiori security, SAP ECC, BW4HANA, BTP, SAP RD, and Solution Manager.
  • Internal and External Audit: Experience working with end-users to translate business requirements into systems specifications, and expertise in Segregation of Duties concept.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to lead discussions, present ideas to audiences of all sizes, and interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in ticket management and reporting, exposure to ticketing tools, and experience in running and publishing various SOX reports.
