We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Security Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Coty. As a key member of our SAP Security & GRC COE, you will be responsible for reviewing and delivering Security & Governance across SAP applications.
Key Responsibilities- SAP Security Governance: Represent SAP Security & GRC considerations for support and projects, acting as a liaison with other technical teams and managing escalations in support and project delivery.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to defined procedures, processes, and company policies and security best practices & standards, reviewing & assessing the SAP Security Strategy for possible risks & their remediation.
- Security Quality Assurance: Monitor security changes executed and perform quality reviews, fixing any deviations and providing feasible enhancements when required.
- GRC Configuration Management: Review all GRC AC configuration changes and the creation and maintenance of security roles in the application.
- SAP Security Documentation: Owner, Approver, and Reviewer of all SAP Security team collaterals (i.e., SharePoint, Mailbox, Reference Documents) and also approver for Security Roles and GRC Approver.
- Project Support: Support all phases of project lifecycle and assist AMS team with queries/clarifications, monitoring and reporting on SAP Security & GRC projects and AMS support, status reporting, and proactively managing project risks.
- Incident Analysis: Conduct incident analysis with weekly status reports.
This role requires a strong understanding of SAP Security & GRC architecture, governance, risks, and SODs, as well as experience working with end-users to translate business requirements into systems specifications.
Requirements- Hands-on experience with S4HANA, GRC12, and Fiori security, along with AMS support exposure.
- Experience with SAP ECC, BW4HANA, BTP, SAP RD, Solution Manager, and AMS support exposure.
- Exposure to Internal and External Audit associated with SAP Security.
- Strong experience in Segregation of Duties (SoD) concept and ability to conduct user or role remediations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to lead discussions, present ideas to audiences of all sizes, and interact with all levels of the organization.
- Experience in User License management and expertise in ticket management and reporting.
- Expertise in running and publishing various SOX reports like UAR, Critical Actions, SOD, Critical Permissions, Firefighter Log Review.
- Expertise in SAP Security automation and script creation for mass maintenance and troubleshooting SAP security & GRC issues.
