New Accounts Manager

Desde la Dirección de Marketplace E-commerce, buscamos un/a New Accounts Manager para contribuir al crecimiento del Marketplace de mediante la captación de nuevos vendedores y su posterior educación en las diferentes herramientas y procesos para maximizar su potencial de venta en Carrefour al mismo tiempo que cumplen con los altos estándares de calidad que exigimos con foco en el cliente final. Adicionalmente, la figura de New Accounts Manager tendrá la responsabilidad de transmitir el feedback de los nuevos vendedores con el fin de mejorar los productos, servicios y procesos de Carrefour Marketplace.
Las principales responsabilidades serán:
Identificar y reclutar nuevos vendedores con alto potencial de ventas vía teléfono y/o e-mailCrear su propio pipeline de vendedores, para alcanzar los objetivos de lanzamientos y ventas.Proponer nuevas iniciativas o proyectos que contribuyan al crecimiento del Marketplace de Carrefour.Ser referente para nuevos vendedores asegurando su éxito en Carrefour.Educar a los nuevos vendedores sobre los "Carrefour High Standards" en todo lo referente al cliente.Seguir y reportar los nuevos lanzamientos y el GMV generado de tu porfolio de vendedores. Se requiere: Estudios Universitarios.Experiencia en e-commerce.Nivel avanzado MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.Nivel de inglés profesional.Experiencia en ventas.Experiencia demostrable como mínimo 2 años en un puesto similar Se valorará positivamente la experiencia en: Experiencia laboral relacionada con Marketplace.Experiencia en "outbound sales".Estudios universitarios de Empresariales, Ingeniería o similares.
