Requirements
Qualifications- Experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center.
- Proficiency in spoken and written German.
- Strong command of English.
- Organized with excellent prioritization skills.

- Devotion to outstanding customer service, viewing each interaction as a chance to delight customers.
Benefits
What's Included- Start Date: June 6th
- Contract: Permanent position with a 1-month probation period.
- Full-time: 39 hours per week.
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Salary: €23,000.00 gross per year.
- Holidays: 24 days off.
- Hybrid Work Model: Office presence 3 to 4 days a week.
- Training: 2 weeks of office-based training.
- Office Location: Barcelona (La Sagrera).
