We're partnering with a leading multinational technology BPO to find a talented IT Helpdesk professional to join their dynamic team in Barcelona.

In this role, you'll be the hero for customer support employees, providing top-notch technical assistance and troubleshooting their IT woes

Tasks

  • Become an expert in user systems and devices, guiding employees through smooth operation.
  • Channel your inner detective Use root cause analysis and remote access to diagnose and fix IT issues efficiently.
  • Keep things organized categorize and prioritize IT requests within the client's ITSM system (ideally ServiceNow).
  • Be a team player collaborate with internal and external service providers to ensure seamless resolution.

Requirements:

  • Speak German professionally and have advanced English communication skills.
  • Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support, especially in a large company environment, is a plus.
  • Show off your IT knowledge Expertise in Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams, hardware & software troubleshooting is key.
  • Think logically and strategically to tackle complex IT issues.
  • Experience with ITSM ticketing systems (ideally ServiceNow) is a big advantage.
  • Understanding of ITIL V4 processes is a bonus.
  • Be a customer service champion with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Work methodically and efficiently.
