Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostics: Resolve complex technical inquiries for all Withing's products.
  • Connected Services: Offer assistance in setting up connected products, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Process: Handle all client requests following company protocols across all product lines.
  • Quality and Compliance: Ensure high-quality transactions compliant with regulations.
  • Added Value: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling while maintaining company values.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center.
  • Proficiency in German (spoken and written) and a good command of English.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Team player mentality with a focus on exceptional customer service.

Benefits:

  • Start date: 1st of July
  • Contract: Permanent (1-month probation period)
  • Full-time: 39 hours/week
  • Working Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Salary: €23,000.00 gross annually
  • Holidays: 24 days
  • Hybrid work model: Office presence 3 to 4 days a week
  • Training: 2-week office-based training
  • Office location: Barcelona (La Sagrera)
