FUNCIONES:
- Apertura de tickets e incidencias, resolución y cierre con clientes
- Verificación de volúmenes de facturación retenidos por reglas predefinidas.
- Análisis y gestión de las reglas de facturación procesadas dentro del equipo de Facturación.
- Archivos cruzados para obtener los datos.
- Gestión de solicitudes administrativas.
- Modificación de contratos (correcciones, cambio de condiciones...) que afecten a la facturación.
- Interactuar con otros departamentos para resolver incidencias y modificar condiciones de contratación, datos de clientes, etc.
- Creación y reporte de KPIs, bajo la supervisión del mando (Creación, análisis, comunicación e implementación de mejoras y eficiencias de KPIs)
Requisitos:
- Fluidez en inglés y valorable francés
- Gran capacidad analítica.
- Experiência en tareas similares a las descritas
- Paquete de Office en un dominio de Excel en particular
- Persona con facilidad para la multitarea en tareas administrativas
- Agilidad para adaptarse a nuevos procesos.
