About the position:
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to oversee the Corporate Ecosystems team, playing a crucial role in maximizing product-market fit for international corporate clients across different segments.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and steer product direction.
- Work closely with technical experts in content, technology, and services to ensure alignment.
- Coordinate with the strategy team to execute the go-to-market strategy effectively.
- Engage with peers from different verticals to enhance customer service.
The role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain insight into various areas, work with B2B clients of diverse sizes, and comprehend the full product lifecycle.
What you will do at ODILO:
- Support sales by acting as Solutions Architect in key meetings and assisting with tailored programs.
- Manage commercial support requests and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with Product Marketing Owner and Product Associate for service/product creation and updates.
- Develop processes for scalable product evolution.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Curiosity and eagerness to work across teams and learn new skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading product marketing teams.
- Strong business focus in product management.
- University education in business or communication-related fields.
- Client-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Proactive and adaptable with tech industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, additional languages a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills for presentations and interactions.
- Interest in corporate learning and development.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and team player mindset.
