What will be your functions and responsibilities?* Conducting market research to understand the needs, preferences, and trends of the industry.
  • Identifying market opportunities, differentiating factors, and potential challenges.
  • Gathering information for product development, pricing strategies, and positioning tactics.
  • Developing a clear and compelling product positioning in line with our target audience.
  • Creating differentiated value propositions that highlight the features and advantages of the programs.
  • Collaborating with the content, copywriting, and design team to create marketing materials that effectively communicate the product's value.
  • Assisting in the creation of media plans, proposing marketing actions to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Directing webinars by coordinating with different departments for their execution.
  • Creating and maintaining all marketing materials up to date, including program brochures, landing pages, website content, emails, and sales collateral.
  • Collaborating with the Community Manager team to create content for various channels such as blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Providing sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively promote and sell the programs.
  • Conducting training sessions for sales teams to ensure a proper understanding of our programs and value proposition.

Minimum requirements:

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and product management.
  • Experience or knowledge in Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, and CRM (e.g., HubSpot and/or Salesforce).
  • Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns on digital platforms with the goal of lead acquisition (e.g., Google Ads and Social Ads).
  • Advanced English skills (minimum C1 level).
