Product Marketing Manager, ESG

Wolters Kluwer's Corporate Performance & ESG Division is seeking a Product Marketing Manager ESG to contribute to the creation of a comprehensive offering that assists Enterprise clients in managing their ESG data, reporting, auditing, performance, and strategic decision-making.
The Product Marketing Manager will lead efforts to drive growth for the ESG solution by developing market readiness strategies and engagement plans. In this role, collaboration with Product, Sales, Support, Account Management, and Marketing teams across all 4 business units (CCH Tagetik, Enablon, TeamMate, FRR) is essential to ensure clients and prospects recognize the product's value for adoption and engagement. This is a unique opportunity to become part of an evolving industry and play a significant role in our ongoing success.
This position is available at various offices in Spain, Italy, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, UK.
Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence: analyze ESG market trends, customer needs, and competition to inform product and marketing strategies.
- Product Positioning: create compelling messaging to differentiate our ESG products in the market.
- Content Creation: develop various content types to showcase product benefits to enterprise customers.
- Sales Enablement: provide sales teams with necessary tools and training for effective selling.
- Partner Enablement: support partners in selling ESG products effectively.
- Campaign Enablement: plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost product awareness and adoption.
- Competitive Insight: gather competitive intelligence to enhance product differentiation.
- Analyst Support: prepare materials for analyst interactions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with internal and external teams to maximize product impact.
- Performance Metrics: monitor and report on marketing performance.
Job qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in product marketing.
- Proficiency in ESG processes and business applications.
- Background in ESG or related fields.
- Marketing experience in enterprise software solutions.
- Ability to simplify complex topics.
- Team player with global work experience.
- Skilled in creating marketing collateral and sales tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
Travel requirements:
Up to 20% global travel
