ESG Manager

_ Key Responsibilities_

  • Active support to further develop PATRIZIA's / the individual funds' sustainability strategy in cooperation with Asset and Fund Management for Southwest Europe, based in Madrid, Spain
  • Ensure comprehensive ESG data coverage throughout all asset classes
  • Create a catalogue of certifications and ESG building characteristics for CAPEX works
  • Develop an expertise in pathway translation to CAPEX plans
  • Establish working knowledge of local public schemes to country specific carbonisation works
  • Support on asset specific case studies
  • Support the central sustainability team on firmwide initiatives (e.g., ESG integration across the firm) and reporting requirements (such as supporting in EU Taxonomy, SFDR and PAI)
  • Support the translation of ESG fund policies into ESG action plans at asset level
  • Compare asset/portfolio performance against CRREM pathways
  • Support asset managers with external stakeholder management
  • Ensure knowledgetransfer of ESG topics in asset and fund management

_ What we look for:_

  • University degree with focus on Real Estate Management, Economics, Law or similar education
  • Ideally minimum 5 years of experience in a top tier consulting firm or an inhouse consulting team of a relevant industry
  • Asset management industry knowledge (real assets experience preferred)
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Outstanding research, analytical and conceptual skills
  • Exceptionally high level of commitment and solutionoriented approach
  • Very flexible, pragmatic and resilient
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office, incl. PowerPoint
  • Fluent written and spoken business English skills
